    I downloaded the plugin activated it with the production, everything worked great. Then we switched to the sandbox to really test. Now I’m trying to connect to production and i keep getting authorization failed on the OAuth page. Yes I have the correct password and username.

    If you’re running into authorization problems, the only possible issue is incorrect credentials.

    If you’d like us to take a closer look at it for you, can you please create a ticket at http://www.woocommerce.com? You’ll need to create a username and choose “free plugins” when creating a ticket.

    I did and it was not being caused by the Plugin. It was a Braintree issue with access level. We created a user in BrainTree that we only used with the plugin.
