SO has anything changed (eg WP or Czr update) at the point it stopped working?
I’d start by reinstalling WP 3.8.2 and Czr 3.1.10. It will write over anything that may be corrupted.
If that doesn’t fix it, it may be a plugin causing a problem. Try disabling all plugins, test, and reactivate one-by-one to find the culprit.
Thanks for responding. I updated WP from the dashboard not manually. I manually replaced all the customizr files in the themes directory. Still can not edit or create sliders. All plugins are turned off.
I have just began a new website and installed Customizr 3.1.10 and I am unable to find any way to make changes to the slider.
Am I just missing something or is this actually missing from the theme?
Maybe easier than I thought – did you see any documentation?

After many hours today I found how to do it on pictures but still having issues with the home page slider and how to change that one, but I will read that document. Certainly not hard at all once I found it on the images!

I still can not edit or create sliders on my site after updating WP and replacing all the customizr files in the theme directory. The slider option box simply does not appear at the bottom of the edit media screen even if I try to add the already created slider to a new page and edit the slider from there. Are there any other suggestions?
mickeygan, its not that complicated.
Look at the link that rdellconsulting has put up, you create sliders from the media library now. The link explains it all. Its not that hard or complicated once you have done it. I am new to all this and I found it 🙂 so by the sounds of things, you will be able to easy enough as well once you find the slider options in the media library.
