Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

I can not log in or do anything to upload too. I tried but I just don’t understand why I can not even log in to do anything, the same message keeps showing when I try to get into the dashboard area.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_rtl() in /home/zodumes/public_html/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 2102

You upload the new directories by using ftp.

I has been over 2 weeks and I do not know what to do. I was logged into my dashboard and it stated I need to up date. I did and now I can not log back in to do anything. I have no idea about what is ftp and how to use it. My site http://zacodumes.com.

Is there some where I can go so they can look at it personally?

    Thanks,
    Zac Odumes
