    I understand that you have a notice saying WooCommerce Payments has been automatically updated that you cannot dismiss. Is this correct?

    Please could you clarify what happens when clicking on the “Dismiss” button?

    As a first step could you please try the following, as this may be a caching issue:

    If this makes no difference, could you please share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Screenshot: please share a screenshot of this message.

    Thanks for your feedback. The website-cache is empty, also the browser-cache. There is no link behind the DISMISS-Button.

    Hello @emefka,

    Seems like there’s a plugin conflict, I will recommend disabling all plugins as well as switching to Storefront and try dismissing it again.

    If you have access to the database, you can fix this manually as well by switching the status of the notice to “actioned”. To do so, search for this table wp_wc_admin_notes, find the rows in the screenshot below, and switch the status to “actioned”.
