# Can Not Deactivate

 * Hi,
 * When I click to deactive I see a white blank screen with this URL: /wp-admin/
   plugins.php?action=deactivate&plugin=jetpack%2Fjetpack.php&plugin_status=all&
   paged=1&s&_wpnonce=d758b8a30f
 * and it doesn’t deactivate. How can I fix this?

 * Could you please log in to your site via FTP, and delete the existing jetpack
   plugin files?
 * Once you have done so you should be able to install Jetpack again, either via
   the Plugin installer in your dashboard, or manually via FTP:

 * Let me know if you still have this problem and I’ll be happy to take a closer
   look.
