# Can not access plugin settings

 * Hello
 * I have downloaded this plugin as it seems to be the only solution to my problem
   of only allowing free shipping in certain postcodes.
 * Unfortunately I have not been able to try out this plugin yet as I can not access
   it, every time I click the ‘Settings’ button to access the plugin I get the following
   error message:
 * > You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
 * I am using the main admin account so should have all the necessary privileges.

 * Did you try to deactive and reactive again?
 * That’s no normal, because the plugin is working fine.
