    Hello,

    The button to import reviews from a CSV file has disappeared. Is this normal?

    Did you release an update, and has it become a premium option?

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    No, this feature is available in the Free version. Can you please share a screenshot of the import page? You can try some steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
    – deactivate all plugins except CusRev and WooCommerce
    – switch to a WordPress theme
    – switch to another browser

    Did you try to deactivate plugins and switch theme as I suggested and recheck the issue?
