Can list owner mark his property as “sold”?

    Given a listing property have just been sold or rented, wonder if the list-owner can manage from his listing record, and to remark the property whenever it is being “Sold” or “Rented”. It’d be great to ensure the site visitor can get the most updated status on the property listings.

    Hopefully, you’ll consider adding this feature if it is indeed not yet implemented.

    You can add a custom status under Properties > Property Status in admin menu.
    I’m using: For Sale, For Rent, Sold, Rented, Under Contract

    Thx for your advise…

    Will this method making the property status “Sold” and “Rented” fields will also be displayed over the Search Form? I think it is not nice if those fields can be seen when user proceed a search…

    That’s true, it will be shown as a sorting option. You can hide with JS or CSS if you want to go that route, otherwise I don’t ave an alternative :/
