You can configure the plugin search form to search images based on the image title, caption, and description.
Also, please enable the AJAX searching by configuring the search form so that the results will be displayed immediately without reloading the page.

I can see that it will search the images, and then return a result of the page where that searched image is, but it just ends up returning the page itself. Maybe I was not explaining myself.
I have 350 images on ONE page. I would like to be able to search among those 350 images to find which one would correspond to the keyword. Is that possible?
I tried on a test site, and it would not even return anything (although I am not sure why the images are not displaying), and on the live site, I cannot share the link to the page as it is behind a membership wall.

Currently, it is not possible but I will implement it in the future version of the plugin.
