Can I use WordPress for multiple users?

    I manage a web forum with getting up to 500 members.
    I want to add the capability for each member to have their own Blog.
    How simple is this to achieve with WordPress? I’m not sure whether WordPress is predominantly used by people to add their own blog to their own site ie just for their use – rather than for a whole bunch of people to use.
    NB I currently know NOTHING about blogs (in case that was not obvious)

    Well, this is not THAT much harder than WordPress, its called WPMU and its really just WordPress on crack in the way your talking about.

    Make SURE to educate yourself on the differences, there are not many but man, I’m telling you that its good to know them.

    Hi pal,
    I am a Newbie in WordPress. I need multiple blogs in a Single
    installation of wordpress. I look “multiblog” mechanism , but it’s
    not Working Properly , I don’t Get the idea How it can Setup in
    localhost system properly first. At last I found WordPress MU ,
    I install same , it’s Work well …. But I don’t know how to setup
    new Blogs in there. Do any one give a Work around for same first in my localhost. Then I need To do same online…. So Please Give a Solution
