    Can I use this plugin to join third party zoom meetings? I mean Zoom meetings that created by other people(not created by my account)

    Not sure what you mean but to create meetings on your WordPress site you would need to connect a Zoom account. So, after you create the meetings from that account – Any person can join the meeting displayed on frontend meeting page.
