i would just like to ask of i can use this plugin in getting info from Toronto Real Estate Board (www. realtor.ca/map.aspx) listing?

The feed is in our list of available feeds so the short answer is yes but you will need to have an active IDX Broker account and be approved by the MLS to access that feed.
