• Can I use “Members” in place of “Advanced Access Manager”?

In the past, I’ve used AAM (Advanced Access Manager) to manage user roles, restrict their access to certain plugins, certain sections within WordPress (including the settings area, themes area, etc.) The problem is, AAM (at this time) seems to be unsupported. Therefore I’m looking for a new solution and found “Members”. But I’m curious if I can use “Members” to control users, set up roles, control what users that are assigned those roles can and cannot see and/or do. I see that “Members” can do more .. but at this time, all I’m needing the plugin to do is again .. allow me to set up a user role, add users and be able to precisely remove and limit access to many of the WordPress sections including “individual and specific” plugins, individual and specific sections of the WordPress dashboard, etc.

Can “Members” do this and do it well? I was just looking for clarity and advice.

    Thanks,
    Gary
