• I have a URL with the following query to displayed filtered results:

    ?_sft_practice_areas=commercial-law+appellate

Is there a way to use IDs instead of slugs to achieve the same result?

If not, is there a way to get the taxonomy search slug when there are multiple taxonomies of the same name, under different parent taxonomies?

Eg, I have two “appellate” items, and need to get the search query slug for each dynamically.

    Does that make sense?

I can see the slug I need under the “terms” part of the database. So how do I output that instead of the post slug?
