Can I turn off blocks to eliminate this issue?

    Google is telling me to defer this unused CSS. Is this tied to a specific block I can disable?

    Hey,

    This is the basic CSS loaded for all the blocks. Though, if you wish to not load unused CSS for unwanted blocks, you can deactivate the blocks from here – http://bsf.io/97tqy
