Is it possible to set a static page on the mobile theme only? Doing this on the main site affects the template I'm using but I don't want to show posts on the mobile theme.

Jetpack doesn't offer any option to make changes to set a static page on the Mobile Theme only.

You could, however, hide some of the elements in the Mobile Theme with CSS. Under Appearance > Edit CSS in your dashboard, you can select the Mobile compatible option, and add Custom CSS that will be applied to the Mobile Theme.
If you use the .mobile-theme class, your changes will only be applied to the Mobile Theme.

Here is an embarrassing hack/work around, but it is something at least. Just replace the contents of the file wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/minileven/theme/pub/minileven/index.php with the code at the following link: marksantolucito.com/static_mobile_index.txt

You will need to change the text in the file itself (replace <p>...</p> in the !is_search() if block) to change the actual contents of the static page. Here is what that page actually looks like juliamoorman.com (obviously have to view on a mobile emulator/device)
