Can I set Free Shipping for minimum order amount in drawn zone?

Hi team,

I am using your plugin to restrict local delivery to a specific drawn area on the map, and it works great.

I would like to offer Free Shipping when a customer’s order exceeds a minimum amount (e.g., $50,000), but only if their address falls inside the drawn zone.

Is there a setting or formula within the plugin to configure a minimum order threshold for free shipping? If not, what is the best way to set this up so that customers outside the drawn area cannot select free shipping?
