• Hello,

I have put the search box into the header with the help of a widget. However, it creates some big white space right below the search box which I would like to have removed or at last reduced. Is this possible?

    Many thanks in advance!

    Hi,

It is probably a margin/padding or other styling conflict.
Can you please send a link to a page where the issue is visible? Thank you!

    Hey,

I already asked the Astra-theme-supprt. They told me it is the search box which is embedded in a widget and send me that photo: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AfKOzGiluv6aPJMBhefcQtoALWCN4WE3/view

I hope it helps. The white space below the search box is on every german-language page.

    Hi Niclas,

That is not generated by this plugin unfortunately, it looks like it’s coming from the theme stylesheets.
You could negate that margin via a custom CSS, but then it will negate all widget bottom margins. The theme support might be able to suggest a more specific CSS code to target only that single widget to remove the bottom margin.
