Can I redirect comment urls to the post url?

When people follow links to comments on my blog posts, I would like them simply to end up at the original post. For example, if someone tries to go to
http://englishspeechservices.com/blog/?p=5000#comment-13453
I would like them to end up simply at
http://englishspeechservices.com/blog/?p=5000Is there some way to accomplish this?
