    You can do this with the Pods Stream Connector plugin (which also requires Stream) to track activity:

    You could also code something yourself that used the post save action hook:

    pods_api_post_save_pod_item_{podname} that runs after any post in that {podname} is saved. Any modifications to fields would be tracked in that, though you might need to check pods_api_pre_save_pod_item_{podname} to see if it gives you the information you need more accurately. Pre Save is called BEFORE any pods items is saved for a particular pod, and Post Save is called
    AFTER, so before is usually used for validation and after is used for action hooks or processes.
