can i post to a hosted wordpress via win/macjournal or similar?

I require help. I have wordpress setup on my new site @

I can do the normal creating of posts to wordpress via the admin panel.
However, i would really like to use a program like winjournal and macjournal to publish my posts/journals to my wordpress site instead of using the admin panel through my website. Is this possible? and if so can you yourself help me or point me in the direction of a good set of instructions to do so. I have searched for answers but they only seem to refer to posting on the free accounts hosted on wordpress.org

These above programs have the facility to publish to a website.
