Can I make popups that just show and don’t block interaction with site?

    If non previously closed, popups block user interaction with any part of the site. Is it possible to make popups that just show but user can still click articles, pages etc.(like a cookie consent)?

    @nicoladerosa Of course you can. You can create any kind of popups beside full page popups. Like floating popups, cookie notification like popup, sidebar, stickybars and a lot more. You can checkout all the popups you can create with Brave:
