I’m not familiar with this plugin but I can give it a look to see how difficult it would be to import those tabs.

That is the plugin. It’s effectively unsupported. It works well but line breaks in tabs are not respected so it’s pretty useless
I have all my tabs setup & working, just need a better plugin to deploy them

Does it allow you to create custom tabs for each product or are they global tabs that apply the same content to all products? Also, how many products are you dealing with? (i.e. approximately how many products do you have and how many of them have tabs?)

I have the same custom tabs for each item (reviews, technical, fitment/dimensions, links, rack units, condition) and the content is different for each item of stock
I have around 300 items of stock, all have the same tab headings and almost all have their own, unique tab content
