In addition, do you support RTL sites?
I see that you’re not prepared for localization with the new WP translation system.
Hi there, 007me! We don’t currently provide a “out-of-box” solution to Facebook import, however, we have seen some methods from our developer community that uses the Facebook API to generate a valid Disqus XML import file.
We are doing some final testing on this method, and we can share with you when that is complete. Can you let us know what website you are using Disqus on so that we can lookup your account?
To answer your other question, yes, we support several RTL languages. You’ll just need to set your preferred Disqus embed language, and the design and language will automatically adjust to RTL.

Can you explain more on what you mean by “not prepared for localization with the new WP translation system”?

Hi @iamfrancisyo,
Regarding the translation, see here:
https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/he/default/wp-plugins/disqus-comment-system
were it says: “This plugin is not properly prepared for localization (View detailed logs on Slack). If you would like to translate this plugin, please contact the author.”
I didn’t yet started using it. I’m checking before starting and trying to verify that it will fit my needs.
Thanks for the prompt response.
