Support » Fixing WordPress » Can I have unique background color/image for ONE page only?

  • Hi. Is it possible to have multiple pages with text and images, and have a different background color for each page? Or for that matter, a unique transparent background image that is static behind the scrollable page content?

My goal: Each page is for a different children’s picture book. I would like to have the background color match the color scheme of the individual book and possibly have a background image as well.

Note: It would be OK if the main site background color can be seen on the margins, with the unique color backing the text and images area only.

    Thank you,

    Madge

Look at the <body> tag for any tiven page and you’ll see that each has a unique class. You can use that class as a specifier in CSS to set it’s background color and/or image. The exact CSS depends on your theme.
