Can I grab photos from NEXTGEN Gallery?

I’ve got many sponsor logos uploaded into an album on NextGen Gallery. Is there a way I can use them or must I also import them into the Media Library?

Frankly, I think this is the easiest slideshow plugin I have ever used.
