Can I get rid of Click to submit review button and just show the form?

I have a page called “Leave a Review.” The review is the only thing on there, so having to click on the button that says “Click to submit review button” makes no sense and is confusing. I want people to go this page and see the form they should fill out right away.

Can I do this?
