    Hi, I need to know how can I download or export member’s information for to have it in .csv or .xls or something like this.

    You can use CSV export/import plugins.

    Any .csv export plug-in? Which plugin is best for getting all the data in form of a csv- or Excel-file?
    In another post in forum you answer about WP Export/Import tool in WP Admin > Tools > Available Tools, but this is not true. The tool is really bad for to save members data.

    Hi.
    I have installed User Import Export plugin.
    I have managed to download a .csv file and convert it to .xls, but I have seen the fields I download are only those of a normal WordPress user.
    Where are the fields that I created with UM?
    There are some very important ones that I need to approve or reject membership.
    What can be done? Thanks!

    Unfortunately, we are still working on the UM User Export/Import and hopefully, we will be able to release it in the next couple of weeks.
