    Hi,

    I was searching for your email for a pre-sale question but there doesn’t seem to be one.
    Hope you donte mind me asking it on the forum.

    We are searching for a plugin for a website and hopefully we can do it with yours.
    The website needs to show data from an imported CSV file on there website.
    Are the following option possible with your plugin:

    We need to create multiple tables to import multiple CSV files with different data
    We need to be able to create multiple tables/instance ( shortcode) for 2 or 3 pages.
    Is it possible to create a search based on 2 fields? (AND name AND date of birth)
    Is it possible to style the front end so that it only shows the result of a search (and not the complete list).

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    I actually prefer that you ask this here and not by email 🙂

    This should all be possible. For the import, you can just use the regular TablePress plugin.
    For the filtering (including the AND search), a good way should be to use the TablePress Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/row-filter/
    However, this depends a bit on how you want to enter the filter data (like whether this is that statically done by you or dynamically by the site visitor).

    So, my suggestion: Just go ahead download TablePress and the Extension (which is also possible for free for testing) and give it a try!

    Hi,

    Working with your plugin now.
    But i think you didnt understand my questions.

    Please check these images so you get an better idea

    This is what we need to create.
    Image one _ only shows 2 searchfields. Fill in a sirename and a date of birth.
    If one or both is not correct you get a notification: your search is not correct

    image two _ the reult when you fill in a correct sirename and date of birth.
    Information over the person is shown.

    Can i create this with your plugin?

    Hi,

    this is not directly possible out of the box, unfortunately. You would need to take the Extension that I mentioned and add some custom programming to make it use two input fields.
    Unfortunately, I don’t have a working solution here. Sorry.

    unfortunately i’m a bit of a hurry so i’ll be go looking for another plugin.
