Can I do this with SEO Redirect 301?

I’ve moved a Joomla site to WordPress. The Joomla site had close to 500 tags which have links like “http://mysite.com/components/tag/apples.html” and “http://mysite.com/tags/apples.html”. They need to be redirected to the matching WordPress tags, which look like “http://mysite.com/tag/apples/”. The tags themselves are the same in both sites, just the link structure is different.

Is there a way to do *bulk* tag redirects using SEO Redirect 301, either the free or pro versions, so that I can set up *one” redirect rule that will process all the tags? I’ve been experimenting with the free version and it works great with page redirects, and I can do individual tags just fine, but I’m having zero success with bulk tag redirection.

Any suggestions, or am I asking more of SEO Redirect 301 than it was designed for?
