Can I disable the Redirection feature?

    Hello,

    I see many random inserts to the redirection functionality.

    For instance, when I change a slug for a post (a WC Product to be specific), not only the change is added to the redirection, BUT ALSO, I see a redirection from the ROOT PAGE (/) to the product! The product that was changed just now.

    This happened at least 3 times.

    What may cause this weird insertion to the Redirection and is there a way to disable it altogether? I use another plugin that manages Redirections.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The Yoast SEO plugin does not have a redirect manager. We doubt the redirection you described is caused by the plugin.

    You may want to check with the plugin you use for redirection. In the alternative, please share one of the URLs affected.

    I am talking about this page, isn’t it by Yoast?

    I realized this redirection when I inspected the Response Header and it contained Yoast.

    Thanks for the screenshot. It shows Yoast SEO Premium and not Yoast SEO free.
