Can i create different user role instead of employer | WordPress.org

By default, it shows employer but right now I am facing issues due to which I am unable to see display name for user role ” Employer “( it shows blank) .Can I make new user “recruiter” instead of employer. Is there any coding attached with this role employer?.

The employer role doesn’t do anything special by itself, so you can create a new role and use that instead by setting it in Job Listings > Settings > Job Submission.
