Can I copy phpmyadmin files to file manager or domain

Hello and Thank you,

My server was hacked and files from file manager were deleted.

I located my databases in phpMYAdmin, they seem fine and complete.

My question is how can I use the files in phpmyadmin to restore or copy them into file manager for each domain?

Can this even be done?
