can I close the popup by clicking a button?

I want to use this plugin to limit entry to the website to people who click a button accepting terms. But if I remove the other close options there’s no way to make the popup go away. I am using the popup sitewide so that the user has to accept terms no matter where they enter, but then once accepted it shouldn’t pop up again in that session. Am I asking too much? 🙂 Can this be done?
