Hi smilebooomb, I have just released a new version, 4.0.2 – Please check the new option where you can choose interval. The plugin also adds 3 new intervals, 10 min, 15 min and every 30 minutes.

About the different intervals – any plugin or the theme you use can add their own cron intervals, so the different options you have is based on how your website is configured.
