Can I call the WP Rich Text Editor for my plugins?

    Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to call the rich text editor from the ‘edit page’/’edit post’ pages, in my new plugin? Or do I have to supply my own RTE for my own plugin? That would be a major drag. Thank you.
