Hi I am fairly new to wordpress & web design.
    I used it for blogging
I am now using Pinboard theme to create an online Magazine.
I have 7 Pages that will be used for articles. It will change every month.
After I completed everything I realised that it doesnt archive as Posts do. So I have no clue as to how it will archive so I can write in the same section come next month
I read something about CODEX and .php but I know nothing about css or creating a child theme – or a separate page template. I dont understand what to do and I dont want to cause an error.

My question is would it be better for me to just use Posts for my different articles?
Or is there an easier way for me to archive my Pages each month?

PS site not launched yet I have nothing to show.
    BUT
Basically this blog will be converted to a website with articles

If your content will be changing each month and old ones archived, yes, it sounds like posts would be more appropriate than pages. Pages aren’t generally archived in the same way – though you could manually remove them from a menu or put them into another menu – but that’s not really ideal for a number of reasons.

Thanks WPyogi – I was hoping there was another way.
