Can I access by passing password in URL?

    I’d like to be able to send the password with the URL of the site. Is this possible?

    I have a parent site with a form to enter the password and have that access the protected site without having to enter it on the site itself.

    This worked for me in previous version, but now seems to give an error “url redirected you too many times”.
