Can get all pages but one to hide page name. Help

  • I’ve disabled the titles on all my pages successfully by simply adding “//” to my coding on page.php, however the page that I have the gallery inserted does not accept the code. I’ve tried numerous code inserted both into the page html itself and the php file, but nothing will take it out of that page specifically. Any suggestions?

    I’m using Coraline theme if that helps.

    My website:

    http://www.momsdailyzen.com

    Code:

    <div id="post-<?php the_ID(); ?>" <?php post_class(); ?>>
    <?php if ( is_front_page() ) { ?>
    <h2 class="entry-title"><?php //the_title(); ?></h2>
    <?php } else { ?>
    <h1 class="entry-title"><?php //the_title(); ?></h1>
    <?php } ?>

    [Please post code snippets between backticks or use the code button.]

  • Just noticed, if I have the template set to default, hiding the title on the “Zen Mommy Must Haves” page worked, but it doesn’t work if I set it to Full Page with no Sidebar template.

    Nevermind. Figured it out.

    For anyone using Coraline and running into the same problem:

    Open the template full-width-page.php

    Insert “//” before “the_title” in your h1 line of code. It should look like this:

    <div id="post-<?php the_ID(); ?>" <?php post_class(); ?>>
    <h1 class="entry-title"><?php //the_title(); ?></h1>
