# Can’t enter admin panel

 * Unfortunately, after my hosting company disabled all of the plugins and enabled
   each one we have seen that our problem is being caused because of woo commerce.
   
   We cannot enter the admin panel (ERROR 500).
 * what can I do? I have more than 5000 products so I can’t re-install (I can’t 
   ignore the fact that all of my data will be lost)…

 * So sorry to hear you are running into this issue on your site! As a first step,
   here’s what I’d recommend:
 * 1. Access your site via FTP
    2. Go to `wp-content/plugins/` and find the `woocommerce`
   folder 3. If your hosting provider hasn’t already done so, rename the `woocommerce`
   plugin folder to something else, e.g. `woocommerce-old`. 4. Log in to your site’s
   admin dashboard – WooCommerce will be disabled at this point, so you should be
   able to access your admin dashboard 5. Go to the Plugins page 5. Install a new
   copy of WooCommerce from the Plugins page. This will not overwrite any of your
   products or data, it will just give you a new copy of the WooCommerce files 6.
   Activate this new WooCommerce
 * Please let us know if that resolves this issue, or if you are still seeing the
   500 error once you’ve manually reinstalled WooCommerce!
