Can disabled automatic JS CSS combine?

I’m interesting to know are there any possibility to disable automatic JS and CSS combine? Because right now this plugin break my theme and lazy load plugin. Therefore if I can do it manually I can fix this issue. Looks like js and CSS ignore list not working.
