Hi sgwebpartners,
The customer cannot edit posted reviews but the admin should be able to by going to the WordPress admin, clicking “Reviews” on the left side, then clicking “Reviews” in the plugin settings tabs.
From there:
– they can click the review name to edit the “Overall Score”
and/or
– Delete reviews by hovering over the review row in question then clicking the red “Trash” link that appears on hover.

Awesome thank you for the details. When I go to Reviews > single review > edit, scroll down to ‘Review Details’ section, I do not see a option to edit the Review Score, only the Review category. Would this be something I could customize the review-meta-data in the plugin files?

Hi sgwebpartners,
It looks like you haven’t added a field for the “Review line” which is the reason the score option isn’t being displayed. When you have in-depth reviews off, it shows one overall score field. When you have in-depth reviews on, you create all the score fields that you want (so you can have multiple fields which make an average score). You can add a review line (score field) by going to the “Fields” area of “Options” tab, and adding a new field by selecting the type as “Review Line”. If you want, you can just add one and call it Overall Score.
