Can CSS File be deleted?

  • Post the log from that website because the link you provided doesn’t lead anywhere nor does it say on which folder the file exist.

    In any case, deleting a CSS file of 0kb should have no effect on your website since it has 0 lines of code, if it was used in any way I believe the theme would write something to it at some point.

    You can do two things:
    1. Look at your header.php and see where that CSS file is being called, if you want to remove it simply comment out the line / erase it.
    2. Go to the actual location of the file and rename it / erase it. (Using FTP)

    First try deactivating all plugins to explore whether any could be responsible.

    Thanks everyone, I’ll give your suggestions a shot and see if it works.
