Can create redirect. Unknown error

    I’ve just installed the plugin and tried setting up a redirect for Subscribers but I keep receiving the error ‘ERROR: Unknown error adding role-specific redirect for role subscriber’.

    After looking through various posts made by others here, I noticed that you mentioned the plugin should create a wp_login_redirects table. I looked in my database and that table isn’t even being created.

    I’m not using multisite. It’s a brand new WP 4.3 install.

    I’ve tried deactivating the plugin and reactivating, but that didn’t resolve the issue either.
