• Hi there, I implemented a premium version of your plugin (awesome!) mostly to use the carousel feature, but now I see that it has no draggable feature to the carousel, is that right?
Are you not using slick slider for the carousel? Asking because I know it has a draggable option feature.

    Thanks,
    Chen.

    Hi Chenvegan,
    thanks for contacting us.
The carousel has a certain slider, what do you mean by draggable? In the backend? You should show me a test page, this way I can’t understand what you see.

On this forum we give support for the free plugin, can you kindly write from the support page dedicated to the premium plugin?

    Hi there,
Thanks for the reply. I looked for the support page of the premium plugin but didn’t quite understand where it is and didn’t find it.
Anyway, by “draggable” I mean mostly for mobile device, where you can simply just slide your finger over an item to the side and it is being “slided” (“dragged”) to the side. Like the know “swipe left/right” in dating apps 🙂 This behavior / feature is similar to clicking on an arrow, which makes the same desired behavior: slide to the next item.
In the link I provided you can see that the last section is filled with your plugin’s shortcode for slider to an Instagram feed.

    Thanks,
    Chen.

    Hi @chenvegan,
I’m sorry I can’t find the section where to view the problem, could you activate it so I can do a mobile test.
    However it should work

    Hi

It’s available, active and visible. Please, simply browse to kozogrinder.com and scroll all the way down to the “Community” section to see the Instagram feed slider. As mentioned, it can only be “slided” (moved) by the arrows, but not by swiping on the posts (“dragging” the slider’s items).

Attached are links to view the section and the experience:

    Hello again, any response please?

    Hello?

I saw that when I disable the navigation arrows, the swipe option is available – meaning you can tap+move your fingers and the slides move left/right.
Is there a way to have both functionalities available? Meaning both having the arrows AND having the swiping work, together.

    Thanks,
    Chen.
