Can button links be opened in current window?

Hello there, I like this plugin, free, simple but awesome, even though there are some small problems. Here they are:
1) Button links can only be opened in new window, however, I would like to open them in current window, would be better if users could choose.
2) Column gap value in Layout settings cannot be saved, even though I changed it, every time I edited page, the value changed back to 15.
