Hi Rosanne,
Thank you for your interest! Such features are part of the paid version of the plugin – https://www.simbahosting.co.uk/s3/woocommerce-vat-compliance-frequently-asked-questions/ . B2B customers identify themselves through supplying a valid VAT number.
David
Thanks David! And all the turnover from B2B customers (who identified themselves) is not added to the treshold?
One last question: is the plugin also compatible with the EU Vat checker plugin from WooCommerce? Or do we need the PRO version of your plugin to process VAT numbers.

(Previous answer removed – sorry, I got very confused!). Yes, the report table in our plugin only counts orders with VAT on them. By their nature, B2B sales where the customer provided a validated VAT number don’t get included in that.

I have not paid much attention to WooCommerce’s official extension in recent years, and have little idea of what might happen if you tried to use it together with a second VAT extension at the same time. The results are unlikely to be good, and you wouldn’t get support from either them or us from attempting to do that – both of us would say “don’t try that, just pick the one you want to use, not both”.
Awesome! Thanks for taking the time to clarify this for me. I’m going to write a blog about this and will recommend your plugin =)
