Can anyone help me to list all the blogs in a page with alphabetic navigation??

I’m using wpmu list all plugin. http://pastebin.com/KCsEcN2B
It lists all the sites in order. But i would like to have alphabetical navigation.

A,B,….,Z

If a user click “A” i want to display only site names starts with A.

I tried this code. http://wordpress.pastebin.ca/1746118

But its only working for tags.

Can some modify it for list all?
