    Say I want my prospect or client to go fill out a form before our next meeting. Can I create a tick that would send them an email notification to go do something or no is that not possible?

    So to be clear, this is not the agent creating a tick for the other agents on behalf of the clients. This is the agent creating a ticket for the client to do something.

    Hope that makes sense.

    Hi:

    If you go to TICKETS->ADD NEW and create a ticket, an email notification will be sent to the client. So, I think that would meet your needs quite well. You will still need to assign the ticket to an agent (probably yourself) but that’s just a formality.
