I don’t know if this is done by WP or by my theme, but if I delete my users from backend I get the option of assigning the user’s content either to Admin or to another user. Can DeleteMe allow the user’s data (posts/CPTs, comments, etc.) to be automatically assigned to Admin (or be flagged as “draft”) if the user kills his account?

Sorry for the super delayed response… so busy last couple months.

Yeah, WordPress by default lets you reassign, but I purposely didn’t add that option because it felt odd to tell people they’re deleting their account but then keep everything. I’m going to be making some updates over the Christmas break and I’ll consider this option again.

    Thanks for your question/suggestion,
    Clint

I agree about being odd to tell people their data are retained but my idea is for Admin, i.e. if a user deleted his account/profile the backend retains data only visible to Admin. In other words, data are changed from “published” to “draft” (unassigned).
